PowerPoint Writing Prompts
- Write a “found poem” and print it in PowerPoint.
- Use a cartoon and blank out the original dialogue. Have students write a dialogue for the cartoon.
- Use a Word Jar as a prompt.
- Use a photo as a writing prompt.
- Reflection over a related article
- Reflection on learning for the day.
- Triad writing.
- Using PowerPoint for digital storytelling publication
- Create the questions and answers to be used in your PowerPoint review. These are to be done without using a template.
- Write a short children’s story and publish it as a pop up book. Links could be to short music links. Try recording your voice using PowerPoint. This may be for advanced PowerPoint users.
- Select and arrange information text and images to create a poster for use in your classroom.
- Create a graphic organizer using PowerPoint.
- Create a collage and save as a jpg.
